What would become possible if you brought your full heart and body intelligence to work?

Daniel Ludevig, friend, inspiration and dancer is running a course in London on developing awareness and integrity through Social Presencing Theater. We thought we’d let you know about it as awareness and integrity underpin any attempt at sustainability…

This is a two-day, cutting-edge program offering transformational wisdom and experience through one of the most powerful and often under-utilized sensing organs: your body. Its for anyone who wonders “How to increase performance and stay calm in high pressure situations?” and “How well can I Walk my Talk in terms of the values and behaviour I preach?”. Social Presencing Theatre (SPT) uses “simple body postures and movements to dissolve limiting concepts, to communicate directly, to access intuition, and to make visible both where we are now and where we want to go.” – Arawana Hayashi (SPT & Presencing Institute co-founder)

Through a mindfulness and awareness-based process you will learn how to:

• Listen yourself and others into greater wisdom through deep dialogue and fresh thinking
• Authentically & playfully explore your interior condition and difficult situations
Use the body to unlock innovation, creativity and new information about work-related issues
• Navigate change and other challenges by opening up your mind, heart and will
• Increase your awareness of group dynamics

• Learn to notice and let go of old habits and step into an emerging future
• Increase your capacity to pay attention, stay calm and remain grounded under stress

• Embody and explore a kinder, wiser and more collective future for yourself and society

This is a highly interactive, immersive workshop. The program intersects science, art, mindfulness, movement and organisational development to explore authenticity, connection with others and challenging business situations. The program will leave you with a practice, understanding and experience that will positively impact all your future engagements with self, others and groups.

April 18-19, 10:00-18:00 on both days
