6Heads Event: Mindful Joyful Photography in Central London

A wonderful wonder-filled wander, using photography as a way to explore our city and our creativity. Open to anyone from 6Heads & friends with any with any level of photographic experience and kind of camera (including phone). Jonathan from Gaia Visual will be telling visual stories for positive change.

This is a playful, mindful adventure.

There will be a bit of gentle stretching, and some simple breathing exercises at the beginning, then some guidance that encourages you to see your environment – and even yourself – with wider eyes.

Jonathan discovered photography and yoga 25 years ago and the combination of the two has blessed his life ever since. This experience is inspired by his own yoga and meditation practice and the life-long process discovering and exploring my own creativity.

You can see his work at gaiavisual.com, and on Instagram @gaia.visual

It is also an experimental process, so he will be really keen to hear your feedback on it afterwards.
